2015/05/135月13日 はねつきとおとそがJATを卒業しました！
おとそとはねつきはお正月シリーズで名前をもらった姉妹です。
他の兄弟たちがもらわれていく中で、少しビビリさんだった2匹が最後までお声がかからず…この度ついに！！
一緒にご縁をいただくことができました。
Hello, we are sisters, Otoso and Hanetsuki.
While our other siblings had been adopted one after another, we, the timid ones, were left behind at the shelter for some time, but finally, this family has decided to take us together!!
お家につくと、まだ生後1年経っていない仔猫達ですが、持ち前の警戒心炸裂で、絶対キャリーから出ません、宣言。
Being still kittens and cautious in nature, we were determined to stay in the carrier when we arrived our new home.
ここはどこ？ "Where am I?"
何この広い場所？！
あまりにも出てこないので、姉妹が横にいること、分かっていないのかと思い、キャリーを向かい合わせにしてみると…
"The place looks unfamiliar...where's my sister? What's going on?"
早速、「あぁ、居たのね」とお互い出てきました（笑）
そして、お母さんが目の前でおもちゃでの誘惑を続けてくださったおかげで、
2匹とも徐々にキャリーから出てきました。
"Oh here you are! Didn't know you were here!!"
"Hi, what's that? Somebody is playing with toys! Why don't we join? Let's get out of here!"
と次の瞬間。また…
"Umm...maybe later...we'd better stay in here...together..."
入っちゃいました。
その後、少しずつキャリーから這い出て…（笑）
After a while, we came out to check out, you know, the toys and the new place...
おもちゃの誘惑と、初めての場所への戸惑いと、何か分からない好奇心と…
We were at first confused and curious...
よくもまぁそこまで、
怖がったりおもちゃに夢中になったりを繰り返せるなぁと感心するぐらいでした。
We were afraid, and at the same time, couldn't resist the temptation to play with the toys, such a dilemma.
リビングにはひろーいゲージと、
Our new cage in the living room, and...
お父さんが手作りされたキャットタワーが！！
A handmade cat tree!!!
これ、手作りですよ！
まるで売り物のようにスタイリッシュで、スタッフも感激…おとそは早速登っていました。
Cool!! Dad made this for us!!
Otoso: Wow, it's fun! Let me try!
２匹一緒なら別のお部屋の探検もできるようです。
でもまだまだビビりながらの探検で、終いには2匹でソファの下に入り込んでしまい。。
集合写真も撮れず、後日お送り頂けるようにお願いしてお家を後にしました。
ご夫婦は2匹が来るのを心から楽しみにしてくださっていて、
2匹一緒にもらうことにして本当に良かったと、何度も仰ってくださっていました。
少し警戒心を持っている子達にとって、知った顔と一緒にもらわれることの心強さを、今日スタッフも改めて実感しました。
まだ、まだまだおもちゃんの誘惑に負けるぐらいの若さの子達なので、
走り回ってじゃれあって遊ぶ相手がいる、いないではこれからの猫生も大きく変わると思います。
As long as we are together, we can explore the new place:D
Dad and Mom were really looking forward to welcoming us, and are happy that they adopted us both.
We are happy, too, that they took us both because when there's someone you know at an unfamiliar place, it's much easier to adapt.
And it's fun to have a buddy to play with:D
人がしてあげられることと、猫同士でしか教え合えないことがあります。
はねつきとおとそは最後まで声がかからなかったからこそ、一緒に迎えてもらうことができて、とってもラッキー＝幸せだったと思います。
We can learn from people, and also from cats.
There's a reason that we were the last ones to be adopted...we were meant to be together...
おとそが「タルト」、はねつきが「マロン」になりました！
デザート大好きなお母さん命名です。
きっとすぐに慣れてくれることでしょう。
お父さん手作りのキャットタワー、勉強になりました！

私には無理ですが…作れるんだ！！という発見になりました。
Mom gave us new names! Tart for Otoso, and Marron for Hanetsuki...she likes sweets;D
後日～
お写真が送られてきました！
早速、すっかり慣れた２匹の様子を教えてくださいました。
A few days later, we felt like we were born here...
この、お父さんお手製キャットタワーから、右の３段ゲージ、そしてカーテンレールへ、と
２匹の行動を見ていると、相当お転婆なんだろうなぁと思います。
Our favorite route goes from the cat tree, the three-level cage, and to the curtain rod.
We can run and jump from place to place.
このソファの下が今も大好きだそうです。
We like crawling under the couch.
お父さんに抱っこされて。不妊手術が終わってすぐ、もらわれたので、お腹の毛がまだ生えていません・・
With Dad.
２匹はとっても賢く、爪とぎもゲージ内の爪とぎでちゃんとするようですし、トイレの失敗もありません、と。
We are very smart, we've learned where the scratcher and litter box are.
でも、なんせお転婆、、、だそうです。

２匹での大運動会、見てたら楽しそうですね。
人が寝る時間に始まると少しやっかいですが（笑）
それでも、久しぶりの猫との生活を、とても楽しく過ごしています、とご報告いただきました。

We have an athletic festival every day, we don't care if Dad and Mom are sleeping, and they are enjoying our game in a way.
It's nice to have a family who loves you for who you are.
