2015/05/065月6日 サンがJATを卒業しました！
サンは6頭で保護されてきたワンコのうちの1匹。
女の子らしく強気で、他の男の子よりも立場は上、運動神経も抜群で、一目置かれていました。
Hi, I'm Sun, I was one of the six dogs that were left home alone by our ex-owner...
I'm a strong-minded girl, very energetic, and the boys followed my lead.
この度、先住犬が2頭いるお家に迎えられることになりました！
ただ、そんな気の強いサンなので、先輩犬たちとうまくいくか・・・
それを見るためのトライアルからのスタートです。
I met this family, who already has two exisiting dogs.
Considering my nature, they have decided to take me home for trial to see if I'm compatible with the other two.
サンはとても利口なようで、お家で上手に暮らすには、と良く考えているようです。
お家に初めて着いてからすぐに、お家の特等席がどこなのか、を見極め（笑）、
そこだけは譲るまいと未だにキープし続けているそうです。
I'm very smart, and knew, from the start, how to get along with the family, where to relax, etc.
This is my favorite spot, nobody can take over the place.
でも勝手が分からない分、お兄ちゃん犬達の様子をとてもじっくり観察し、必要なことはすぐ真似をする。
If there's anything I don't know, I observe my dog-mates and learn from them.
そして徐々に、お兄ちゃん達が喧嘩を始めると、普段はおとなしいサンがワンワン吠えて仲裁。
終いには前足を使って止める！！すごい。。やはり女は強いです（笑）
When they start fighting, I intervene and stop the fight with a paw. Nobody can oppose me.
あと、すごいなと思ったのが、普段は吠えないサンが、飼い主さんがお兄ちゃん犬にご飯を食べてもらいたくて「食べやー」と催促している時に、トコトコと横にやってきて、ワン、と吠えたそうで…
そう、きっと「食べや-」と言ってたんでしょうね。
I don't usually bark, but when the owner was trying to feed the other two, who were reluctant to eat, I encouraged them by barking.
I helped.
サン達がお庭で走れるように工事をしてくださっていたのですが、
工事の人にもとっても愛想良く、お座り・お手も直ぐ覚え、新しい名前「アニー」ももちろんすぐに自分の名前だと分かってくれたようです。
When the people were renovating the yard so that the three of us can run around, I soon became acquainted with the crew, and understood when they called me "Annie" (that's my new name).
飼い主さんいわく、サンはこの後きっと3頭の中でのリーダーになるだろう、と。
犬社会は面白い、と。
本当にそうですね。
My owners expect me to be the leader of the pack.
Interesting, new face becoming the leader...
人間がどうこう考えなくても、しっかり関係性が築かれていきます。
1週間たち、正式に迎えたいとご来所いただいた際に、あの、「特等席争い」について、お兄さん犬と半分半分でぎゅうぎゅうに座ったり、交代交代で座ったりで折り合いをつけている、ということも聞きました。
Don't worry, dogs can establish a new relationship before you knew it.
As for my favorite spot, I'm sharing it with the others when I feel like it.
サン、頭フル回転で家族に馴染んでくれています（笑）
I'm trying my best to adapt.
ご家族の皆さんからはとってもとっても可愛がってもらいって、
お手続きが終わると当然のように帰って行きました。
幸せな姿が見られて嬉しかったです。
My family adores me, and I'm getting along with all of them.
特等席は、平等に座ろうね！！
