2014/12/2812月28日 あまなつがJATを卒業しました！
あまなつは、キジネコ兄弟5匹で来たうちの1匹。
Hello, I'm Amanatsu, one of the five siblings who were brought to Happy House.
この度、でこぽんを迎えてくださったご家族の元に相棒として迎えられました！！
The family who had adopted Dekopon before also decided to take me as well!
他の兄弟達と同じく、幼少期は一時預かりさんの元でのびのびと暮らさせていただきました。
ハッピーハウスに帰ってからは少し体が弱かったのもあり、
治療のためにゲージで暮らすことが多かったあまなつ。
そんなあまなつを気にかけて、今回のご縁に至ったのだと思います。
I spent my kittenhood at a foster family with my siblings, and because I was found to be in a poor health after coming back to Happy House, I was put in a cage most of the time for medical treatment.
Taking notice of my situation, my adoptive family started considering to take me as their second cat:D

先に言ってしまいますが、でこぽんも、あまなつも、名前は変わらず（^^）
名付けスタッフとしては嬉しい限りです。
Our names remain the same to the delight of the shelter staff who named us;D
また、でこぽんもまだ若く遊び盛りなので、2頭飼いの素敵さをお話していたところ、
最初は、「初めて猫と暮らすので」、と慎重だったお母さんでしたが、いろいろお考え下さった上で、
とても嬉しい決断をしてくださることになりました。
When the shelter staff talked about how fun to have two cats, Mom, who had never had a cat before Dekopon and was very cautious about having one more, decided to take me after days of consideration.
やはり2匹飼うのと1匹飼うのとでは、全く違います。
まず、猫同士のドラマが毎日繰り広げられます。
また、人間が忙しい時でも猫同士で問題解決をしてくれます。
そして、それぞれの個性が際立ちます（やはり比べると性格の違いが一目瞭然、楽しいです）
でも、ここの2匹に限って、
1匹がもう1匹のお髭を噛み揃えるという変な趣味を持っているようですが（笑）
Having two cats is very different from having just one.
First of all, you will get to witness the real dramatic life of cats every day.
And even when people are busy, we can resolve our own problems without their intervention.
You can also find and enjoy our different characters, which are more obvious when compared with others.
It's probably just us, but Dekopon has a habit of biting off my whiskers...

あまなつのおひげが三日と経たぬうちに綺麗に切り揃えられてしまいました（笑）
Within three days after my arrival, Dekopon trimmed my whiskers...
2匹飼いっていいですよ～！
相性が合う子であればなお更です。
合わせ方をしっかりすれば、たいがいの猫達は、自分のお家で一緒に暮らす子だと理解をして受け入れると思います。
猫って本当に賢いです、人が思う以上に考えています。
あまなつは、ともに生まれてきた兄弟のことをわかっているのか、
デコポンともすぐに仲良くなれたようで、毎日とっても幸せそうです。
It's good to have two cats at home, of course when we are compatible:)
When introduced properly, most cats can accept other cats and live in peace.
You see, we are smarter than you think;)
I have a vague memory, but I understand that Dekopon is my sibling, and we are really happy together.
やっぱりあまなつもこたつの中が好き。
でもみんな覗くから、すかすかして落ち着かないです（笑）って。
Like Dekopon, I also love kotatsu, but people are alway peeping...I hope they stop bothering...
こたつが暑くなると、体の一部を上手に出して寝ます。
When it's too hot inside, I let a part of my body out to cool down.
4歳の一番下の娘さんの抱っこ攻撃。
とっても優しく受け入れてくれる猫兄弟だそうです。
My youngest sister likes to hold me a lot.
She's small, we can tolerate her.
