2014/10/0410月4日 クイーンがJATを卒業しました！
クイーンは2011年の5月、ハッピーハウスの駐車場で保護されたワンコです。
スタッフが帰ろうと、駐車場に行くと、「クーン」と、なくワンコが現れました。
全く逃げず、懐こい仔。
その場でキャッチしました･･･恐らく飼い主さんに置いていかれてしまったのでしょう。
Hi, I was left (maybe abandoned) in the garage of the shelter by my previous owner in 2011.
When a staff member came out to leave, I whimpered to draw attention, and thus I was rescued.
「クーン」とないたから、『クイーン』?!女王様っぽいから『クイーン』?!
とっても人懐っこいクイーン。
募金活動犬として大活躍♪人が大好き。食べるの大好き。
皆のために一生懸命働いてくれました。
なんと、クイーンは他のワンコに血を分けてあげた事もあるのです。
I don't know how they came up with the name "Queen", maybe because I'm like a queen.
I enjoyed helping the fundraising event, I love working, eating, and being with people.
I even became a blood donor for other dogs.
そんな、クイーンに声を掛けて下さったのは、ワンコが大好きなご夫婦。
募金活動先で運命の出逢いがありました。
先代の仔を亡くされ、傷心しきっている時に、一生懸命お客様を対応している
愛らしい姿に心打たれ、近付くと、クイーンがとっても優しく接してくれたそうです。
それから、施設にご来所頂き、沢山のワンコと対面。
お母さんはとっても気に入っていたのですが、お父さんにはあまりピンと来ず、
他の色んなワンコをゆっくり丁寧に見ていました。
お母さんがクイーンを諦め掛けていた時、お父さんが一言、
『クイーンとちょっと触れ合ってみたい』と、おっしゃられ･･･。
そこからが始まりです。
5月にご来所頂いていたのですが、家族としての迎え入れは10月になると聞いており、
その期間、何度も何度もお散歩に来て頂きました。
お散歩に来て頂く度に、ハッピーハウスに居る仔へのご飯のプレゼント。
本当に本当に助かりました。
10月４日は晴天。
募金活動犬としてもハッピーハウス犬としても卒業。
最後にハッピーハウスの草を食べて、
But it was about time for me to have my own family again.
I met my new owners at a fundraising event, and it was like a destiny!
They had lost a dog and were broken-hearted when they saw me at the event, very friendlily greeting the contributors, which eventually led them to visit the shelter, where we were reunited.
They saw other dogs, of course, but I was the one they wanted to interact with.
It was May, and they had to wait until October to take me, but visited me quite often for that period.
It was sunny on my adoption day.
My shelter days were over, and I ate some grass around the place, you know, as a memory.
車は{エッヘン} I don't get car-sick.
慣れっこです。一言もなかず、じっとしていました。
新しい生活の始まり･･･これからのクイーンは室内犬。
玄関には沢山のお写真が!!既にクイーンのもありました。

ご挨拶。
生活場所は1階です。フリーの状態･･･何処に行っても良いのです。
新しいケージの用意もありましたが、入らなくても良いそうです。
I have a cage, but I'm allowed to go everywhere inside.
ひたすら探検に入るクイーン。
なかなか落ち着きません。
Checking and checking...I need some time to settle.
{お母さん、何しいるの？？} "Mom, what are you doing?"
『お庭にも行ってみようか♪』 "Can I play in the yard?"
お庭の探検も念入りに。 Checking again.
お庭の柵は少し低いので、当分の間、フリーは止めてもらいます。
お父さんやお母さんが居るときも、慣れるまではリードは付けたまま。
一通り探検も終わった頃、朝ごはんを頂きます。
お父さんがガサゴソ開ける音に敏感に反応します。
I think I can jump over the fence, so you have to keep me on leash, just in case.
"Ummm...I hear something...oh, is it my meal?!"
新しい食器に入れてもらって My new plate♪
半分ほど、残したのですが、また室内を探検後に完食しました。
"I'll finish my meal later."
今ついている、リード･･･
ワンコが苦手なお客様が来られたときや、家族が食事中のときは繋ぎます？！

Look at this hook! They are all over the place so that they can move me around and keep me wherever they want.
部屋のさまざまな場所にフックが付けられてありました。
とっても便利だなぁ～と感心したスタッフ。

お父さんとお母さんは本当にクイーンが来るこの日をとっても楽しみにしておられました。
クイーンがハッピーハウスから卒業すると、ホームページの{施設のわんこ達}から外されてしまう。
もう、一生見れないから･･･と、カラーコピーを取られファイリングされていました。
さすがのスタッフも驚き･･･なかなかいらっしゃらないなぁ～と、感心し、我が息子達のも
コピーしておいたら良かったかなぁ～と、悔やんだり。。。
My new owners were REALLY looking forward to having me, and they even made photo copies of my profile pictures that were on the website of the shelter because they would be removed from it after adoption.
レインコートも天日干しされており、準備万端。雨の日もお散歩に行ってもらえます。

こちらは{わんこの御守り}･･･旅行に行かれた際のクイーンへのお土産です。

This is a good luck charm for dogs, which they got me on a trip.

They prepared lunch for the shelter staff who drove me.

人が食事している時も、吠えず、大人しいクイーン。ただひたすらお父さんの手元をジィィィィィィィィィっと。

お父さんの方が娘には甘いことをもう分かっているのかな？？賢いクイーン。
Wow, looks yummy. I can be quiet, but can I...no, just watching...just watching your hand.
Oh wait, my leash is off the hook! I know my Dad won't scold me. He just can't;)
お父さんから御裾分け。Can I have a lick?
クイーンがお父さんの方ばっかりに行くので、座席の交代になりました。
優しいお父さんに大人気なクイーン。
I love you, Dad.
ハッピーハウスを卒業すると、皆穏やかな顔になっていきます。
この仔も代わっていくんだろうなぁ～。
もう、お仕事をしなくて良いのです。
募金活動や輸血、社会貢献に一生懸命活動してくれたクイーン。
そんなクイーンをお父さんは尊敬しています。
ん？？何か発見しました。
They say the animals look gentler when graduated JAT, and I'm no exception.
I don't need to work any more, no more fundraising, no more blood transfusion, and I know my Dad admire me for all those work I've done.
"Um? What's this?"
{ん？？何か？？私のベットよ}すっかり女王様。
"Hi, wanna see my bed? My QUEEN size bed."

2回目のお庭探検では、

『お母さん！！この仔、穴彫る仔やでぇ～！』で、箒でサッサッサッ。
"Oh, no! She's digging a hole!!" was the reaction of my owner, who soon filled it.
お父さんの片づけをするそのお顔はとっても嬉しそう。
推定6歳のクイーン。
おもちゃで遊んだり、お庭を掘ったりする行動をする事は、無いと思っていたのです。
ちなみに、今日がお誕生日になりました！！

They've dicided that my adoption day would be my birthday from now on!

本当に本当に幸せになったクイーン。名前がクインに変わりました。
11月のお祭りに会えるかな？？
後日、お電話を頂きました。
２日間ほど、御トイレをしなかったけど、３日目にしました。
御孫さんにもとってもいい仔に接っしていますと･･･。
本当にハッピーハウスの為に、ありがとう。
これからは、おもちゃで遊んだり、沢山わがままが言えるね♪笑
They've renamed me to Quin.
Maybe we'll visit the shelter to join the festival to be held in November!
