2015/02/012月1日 小夜がJATを卒業しました！
小夜は昨年の10月に、工事現場に捨てられていたところを保護されてきた仔猫でした。
Hi, I'm Sayo, I was found abandoned as a little kitten at a construction site last October.
まだ生後３週間ほど、ハッピーハウスで暮らし始めてからも身体が少し弱く、様々な治療を受けていました。
保育器の中で一生懸命生きていたそんな小夜のことを、にゃんだ祭りに来所くださった際に見つけてくださったご家族がいました。
やっと体調も落ち着き生後2ヶ月を過ぎたころ、ご家族の元へ一時預かりで迎えられることになりました。
I was about three weeks old at the time, and being very weak, I needed many kinds of medical treatment.
My later-to-be family came to the shelter's annual festival, and took notice of me in an incubator, struggling to survive.
When I was about two month old, they decided that I could adapt to new environment, and thus took me home for trial.
ご家族以外にもたくさんの方に見守られる中で、小さな小夜の探検が始まります。

どっちにいこうかな。
送迎当日、ご家族皆様がどれだけ待ちわびてくださっていたか伝わってくるぐらい、小夜のための様々なものが用意されていました。
"Well...I don't know which way to go..."
My new family was so excited to welcome me, and showed me everything they had prepared for me...such as...
まだ小さな小夜に危険が少なくなるように、人のいない時に過ごすサークルが準備されていました。
A cage where I could spend my time when nobody's home.
お子さん達の手作り、小夜用トンネル。
こちらのお家には先住の猫、ちびちゃんがいるのですが大きな体と裏腹にシャイな子のようで隠れてしまい…
２匹の初対面は見届けることができませんでした。

Their existing cat, Chibi-chan, was too shy to greet me on my first day.
「やっ…やめれ…知らん猫と知らん人がおる…」
Chibi-chan: Oh! A strange cat! Let me go!!
小夜は小さな体でも楽しげに探検しています。

いきなり開けた世界に感動の連続だったようです。

ゆくゆく大の仲良しとなる小夜用おもちゃと初対面。

お送りが夜だったので写真では分かりにくいですが、実はここ、ベランダです。
きっちり脱走防止の工夫もされていて、お外の空気を吸うことができます。
This is a balcony where we can enjoy fresh air, with a fence to prevent me from escaping;)
帰りがけにとても嬉しいものに気づきました。

It says "Thank you for coming to us, love, your new family"
こんなにも待ってくれていて、
しかも名前は「小梅」になるんだってこと。
大歓迎されている小夜。
そして・・・時は経ち、
生後６ヶ月を前に不妊手術に帰ってきてくれた小夜は、スタイリッシュできれいなモデル猫さんに成長していました。
And they gave me a new name, Koume.
After six months, I grew up enough to have a spaying procedure, look how beautiful I am! (below)
元々ゲージを置かれていた場所はお父さんによって大改造されていました。
小夜は今でも寝るときになると自らここに入っていって眠るそうです。
My Dad rearranged my living space, and I still sleep in the cage at night, it's my comfort zone.
一度、「小夜がいない！」と大騒ぎになったことがあったようですが、
ここにいたようです。猫って隠れんぼの天才ですね。
When I was hiding in a box, they made a huge fuss about my whereabouts.
You know, cats can hide anywhere.
ベランダ。お外が眺められ空気が美味しい、脱走しないようなしっかりした防護ネット。
幸せな環境です。

オチビさん（ドキドキ…いつ飛びついてくるんじゃろうか）

小夜のお転婆のレベルは超ハイだそうです（笑）
オチビさんが寝ているところを、お腹の下に無理やり！？潜り込んだり、
I'm such a hyperactive kitten, and I love to snuggle under Chibi-chan, enjoying a nap.
おチビさん（そうなんよ、アイツ、寝ててもお構いなしじゃからな）
ムササビのようにジャンプで飛びついたり…
先輩が怒ろうが何しようが、全てが楽しい小夜。
Chibi-chan: Yeah, she's such a naughty girl and disturbs me when I'm sleeping.
She's like a flying squirrel, and doesn't care if I'm sleeping or not.
優しいおちびさんは相手をしてくれているようです。
対象はご家族にもうつり、人が歩いているとどこからともなく飛びついてきたり（心臓に悪いですね 笑）、
人が顔を近づけたらその顔に飛びついてくるそうです、しかも爪を出して（汗）
でもそれが楽しくて何度もされているそうですが（笑）

I love jumping on anybody, and they don't get mad even when I jump on their face.
お子さん達とも大の仲良し！
全てにおいて、小夜と暮らしているとまるで毎日アクション映画を見ているようです、と。

They say it's like watching an action movie when they see me enjoying myself.
どれだけお転婆で、どれだけいたずらっ子でも、寝ているとやっぱり可愛くて可愛くて。。
とっても愛されている小夜、名前は「小梅」になりました！

They love candy "koume", named after mine (right?), and gave it to the shelter staff as a gift (or exchange?)
小梅ちゃん、これからも楽しくて仕方ない毎日だね！
